DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY 

WE HAVE STANDARD SHIPPING RATES. HOWEVER IF YOUR PARCEL IS LARGE OR YOUR LOCATION IS SITUATED AS TO ESCALATE THE STANDARD SHIPPING PRICE WE WILL QUOTE YOU ON NEW SHIPPING PRICE OR REFUND YOUR ORDER

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to send our orders ASAP and to get it ready for shipment within 24 hours.

We do door to door shipping.

Door to door usually takes between 3-5 days.

We can also ship Internationally.

How does our international shipping work?

1. You need to do an order on our online store.

2. Pay for your order.

3. After we have received your payment, we will pack your order.

4. We will contact you and provide you with a quote.

5. After you accept the quote and pay shipping invoice we will then ship your order to you.

 6. PLEASE NOTE: All international shipping charges of VAT and Customs are for buyers account, we do not pay the VAT and Custom clearance on your side.

5. If at any point you feel that the shipping charges are to much or you want to cancel, we will refund your order.

***Please note that shipping international may have extra charges to you , depending on your country of destination, Import tax and clearance fees, we do not pay the VAT and Custom clearance on your side.

 

What happens if I don't receive my package?

All packages will have tracking numbers.

Stil Fishing will follow up with the courier company or post office should you not receive your package. But you are able to track your parcel yourself.

 

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?

For deliveries within South Africa, VAT is included in the price and there are no duties applicable.

For international deliveries you may need to pay additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

Defective Products?

We at StilFishing want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The product is deemed defective either from the manufacturer or from us. All products should be shipped back to StilFishing where we will do quality control as follows: If Considered defective through our Stilfishing standards we would immediately ship your replacement or refund your money or contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received. We will do our utmost best to satisfy and make sure you have the best fishing shopping experience.
